It works like this:
- 1 req: Symbol must be a Dragonfly or a Dragon. Former, preferably.
- Players have until the 25th of the month to submit cape designs.
- Take a screenshot of it and post it under the relative month.
- The designs will then needs to be approved: 10 members minimum. More than a single entry means the entry with most votes wins.
- The winning cape design will take effect as of the 1st of the month.
- Players may submit more than one design, but only one design will be picked from them for entry. So please comment!
The prize is nothing other than the honour of having the cape displayed and worn by [Phi].
The cape will be paid for by the GL, as it is her job.
This competition is just so that the cape can be changed without arguments, really.
